Le Terrazze

"Le Terrazze" stands at the entrance to a charming village on the slopes of the Pollino Park, Civita, (Cifti) a small crib of ancient origins and Italo-Albanian customs, a stone's throw from the motorway junction. The structure is a historical dwelling built at the end of the 19th century by the village's master builder, with characteristic terraces and neo-Gothic mullioned windows with two lights; its charm has prompted it to open its doors to guests.

The property has 4 recently renovated rooms. Each room of the house overlooks the 360° panorama of the village as it has access to the panoramic terraces on one side and mullioned windows on the other.

The rooms are furnished with restored antique furniture in the style of the house. For total relaxation, you can take advantage of the in-room terraces for peaceful sunbathing.

On the first floor, two common rooms introduce you to the old-world atmosphere of the house, with a corner fireplace and a cosy kitchen. The B& B "Le Terrazze" serves you breakfast in the morning with cakes and other delicacies prepared by us, with seasonal fruit produced by us, and you can taste our organic oil extracted by cold pressing within 48 hours of harvesting, which we naturally provide for you to cook.

Indeed 'Le Terrazze' offers an extra serviceThis is because it puts the kitchen at the complete disposal of guests for the preparation of meals in full autonomy, which allows you more space and freedom in your stay, as well as savings. You can then prepare lunches and dinners to be enjoyed on the terrace in front of a beautiful panorama or in winter in front of the lit fireplace. By getting to know Civita, you will be able to savour all the traditional gastronomic delights of this town, which, given its origins, is an exception in Calabrian gastronomy.

Devil's Bridge

The "Ponte del Diavolo" Bed and Breakfast is a completely new structure ready to welcome you! The structure guarantees its guests privacy and tranquillity precisely because of the position where it is located; from here you can reach Ponte del Diavolo and the Raganello Gorges directly from the footpath, which starts nearby.
Each guest on arrival will be shown the places to visit and will be given tourist information. You will become part of the daily life of the house where, during your stay, Rosanna will offer her availability for any problems or suggestions on how best to experience the country in which the holiday takes place.

The rooms are furnished with care to offer guests a comfortable and cosy environment. They are all equipped with a comfortable bathroom, air conditioning, television, refrigerator and free WI-FI internet connection; each guest is given a complete set of linen.

And before you start the day with the right amount of good cheer... here's a rich Italian breakfast with special homemade cakes ready for you.

Tasty and abundant, it is obviously a ritual to be consumed slowly in order to savour and appreciate the local products as well.

Breakfast is rich in local products. Everything is homemade: tarts with various jams, dry pastries (with chocolate chips, almonds, candied fruit and sultanas), doughnuts; during our festive periods we have the opportunity to taste typical holiday sweets; finally, there are the good jams, all made with products picked in the family's own fields, and the seasonal fruit that is served.

Breakfast can therefore be of the traditional local type or the international type that includes savoury but always home-made products such as cold meats and cheeses.
