Tourist tax
Pursuant to Art. 4 decr. leg. N.23 of 14 March 2011. Italian municipalities have the option of applying the tourist tax.
Treatments/prices and reductions
Published prices are per person or per room and may be per night or per week as specified by the facility/table. Prices are quoted in euros. The treatment can be room and breakfast, half board, full board or all inclusive, the same is specified in the structure's data sheet or on the price table. Any reductions for 3rd and 4th beds for children refer to children aged under 18 at the time of the start of their stay. It is the property's right, during check-in, to ask for documentation certifying the exact age of the children; in the event of failure to do so, the difference will be charged. The facilities, description and services are information provided by Memo tour operator based on the information provided by the respective suppliers, they are subject to change without prior notice.
It will be the responsibility of Memo tour operator to promptly notify any changes in facilities and/or services as soon as they become known.
Guaranteed departures
Our group trips are guaranteed when a predetermined number of participants is reached (usually 2 to 15, depending on the trip). The 'Guaranteed Departures' are those where the minimum number of participants has been reached: the trip is confirmed and it is possible, within the limits of the maximum number accepted for the particular trip, to add other travellers. These departures are very interesting for those who prefer to travel alone, without having to give up a cultural group trip, Italian/English-speaking guides and professional tour leaders.
The customer is required to leave a deposit before departure, which will be returned if the number of people required to form the group is not reached.
Bus
The coaches of the companies chosen by Memo tour operator are exclusively of the Grand Touring type, equipped with air conditioning, reclining seats, toilets, radio and video. Reliable and experienced drivers, familiar with the itineraries, guarantee a safe and relaxing trip.
Hotel accommodation
The hotels were selected by Memo tour operators on the basis of comfort and services offered.
Requests for special accommodation (low floors, neighbouring rooms, etc.) are reported to the hotels but cannot be guaranteed.
The hotel category specified in the packages is to be considered guaranteed. International conventions stipulate that rooms are made available to guests after 2 p.m. on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10 a.m. on the day of departure.
Excursions
Memo relies exclusively on certified guides with years of experience behind them, who will accompany you on your adventure in the best possible way, advising you on how to act depending on the situation.
