La Paranza

La Paranza restaurant is located in the seaside village of the old city of Taranto.
It is divided into four indoor rooms and a veranda overlooking the sea, with a total of 110 seats that are well suited for private events, informal gatherings and business meetings. The entrance hall presents the catch of the day from which you can choose the fish to be prepared by the chefs. The remaining rooms, equally elegant and carefully furnished, present a reserved and comfortable ambience, ideal for private events and corporate dinners. There is also a veranda, the most atmospheric setting in the entire restaurant, which overlooks the sea directly opposite the fishing village. The cuisine follows the rhythm of the seasons according to the catch of the day, paying the utmost attention to the highest quality raw materials that give the dishes the taste and flavour typical of Taranto and Apulian cuisine.
Raw fish is the undisputed star, in all its forms. From seafood, including mussels, nuts, oysters, hairy mussels and urchins, to carpaccios, tartare and shellfish.

Pugliese life

Vita Pugliese is a cosy restaurant located in the historic centre of Conversano (BA). Adjacent to the ancient city walls, it is located a short distance from the Norman-Swabian castle and the cathedral, and has a rustic design with attention to every detail. The idea behind Vita Pugliese is that man has always narrated himself and his land through food. A tale that in Apulia, over time, has found extraordinary interpreters who have given life to a long and rich gastronomic tradition that deserves to live on through the centuries. The dishes you can enjoy in the restaurant are those typical local cuisine, made with products mainly supplied by small local producers. The dishes will also be enhanced by an excellent choice of wines with proposals from small regional wineries and the ever-present labels of the great local classics.
