Seats in the coach are allocated according to the order of registration and remain fixed for the duration of the trip. If there is a need to sit in the first places it is important to book well in advance.

Plane seats are assigned by us during the online check-in or at the airport. Sometimes it is possible to choose seats in advance, but the allocation method for groups differs depending on the airline.

Any need for specific places (e.g. emergency exits, Business Class, First Class) or food intolerances must be reported when registering for the trip.

The categories of Hotels are specified in the factsheet for each individual trip. The criteria for assigning categories, or stars, differ from country to country. The reference accommodation is in double room. It is possible to request single room accommodation with a supplement or, if travelling alonemake yourself available to share a room with a travelling companion of the same sex: we will do our best to accommodate your request.

The organisation reserves the right to edit structures for technical reasons, guaranteeing in all cases the same category and/or characteristics.

The participation fee for trips organised exclusively by Memo Tour Operator is calculated on the basis of a minimum and maximum number of participants which varies depending on the trip. All information is specified on the webpage of each individual trip, such as the list of included and non-included services in the participation fee, any supplements and technical information.

No registration fee is charged.

If the basic number of participants is not reached, a supplement indicated in the travel programme concerning the minimum number of participants to confirm the trip.

The price indicated as 'child fee' is valid for all children between the ages of 0 - 12 years of age (or other where specified). The child rate for overnight trips is valid in the case of accommodation in a triple room with 2 adults. Children do not count towards the minimum number of participants.

Trips in cooperation with other Tour Operators are subject to different conditions. You can request a copy in the Agency.

Airport taxes

For journeys that include an airline flight, the airport taxes indicated in the travel sheets are indicative as calculated on the date of publication of the trip and are always excluded from the participation fee. The final amount is communicated when the ticket is issued, approximately 30 days before the departure date.
