The journey begins in the picturesque village of Civita, where you will discover its authentic soul and its typical Arbëreshë hospitality. You will visit the Raganello Gorge, a paradise for canyon and canyoning enthusiasts, and admire the immensity of the Ionian Sea. Finally, you will have an immersive experience in close contact with the uncontaminated and wild nature of the Pollino National Park, where you will literally touch the life and growth of the local eagles, devoting yourself for a day to the art of falconry, which has become an intangible cultural heritage of Unesco since 2016. Walk in Civita
We will be welcomed in the pretty B&Bs of the village's widespread hospitality and stroll through the typical districts of Civita, a TCI Orange Flag town and one of the most beautiful villages in Italy. Here you will discover many small local masterpieces such as the chimney pots of the houses, each one different from the next, and recognise the curious faces of the Kodra houses, named after the famous Albanian painter who immortalised the views and landscape. You will then contemplate the famous Raganello Gorge, which at 14 km is the longest canyon in Italy, before returning to the village for a tasty dinner.

The Falconers of the Seven Winds
The first and only naturalistic falconry centre in Calabria, the 'Falconieri dei sette venti' (Falconers of the Seven Winds) will allow you to live an interactive didactic experience that will bring you closer to the world of birds of prey in a place rich in vegetation and rare and interesting fauna. Not only hawks, but also buzzards, barn owls, eagle owls and the marvellous golden eagle, which we will also be able to touch with the help of experienced instructors. Not just a spectacle then, but the very essence of the rare species in the Pollino Park, which you will be able to observe in their original environment and, with a bit of luck, see in action.
