Registration for the trip is completed by signing the travel contract and paying the deposit of 30% of the participation fee. Payment of the balance is required 30 days prior to departure. In the event of registration for the trip within 30 days prior to departure, the balance of the entire fee is required.
For one-day trips, payment of the balance of the participation fee is required at the time of registration.
We advise you to register for the trip you are interested in as soon as possible: you will be allocated the best seats in coaches and facilities, and allow our agency to reach the minimum base of participants to confirm the trip.
If the minimum number of participants is not reached, the trip is cancelled and the deposit paid will be refunded in full within 7 days.
Trips in cooperation with other Tour Operators are subject to different conditions. You can request a copy in the Agency.
