The Rafting Stop & Go activity takes place in Laino Borgo (CS) and is particularly suitable for all those who want to enjoy a full, but at the same time relaxing rafting experience, enriched by a regenerating break in which it will be possible to enjoy a lunch of typical products, surrounded by nature and a few steps from the Lao River.<\/p>\n

The starting point of the activity is upstream of the town of Laino Borgo, in the locality of San Primo: here - after an introductory briefing - the rafting descent will begin, carried out in the company of specialised guides. After covering a stretch about 4 km long and surrounded by lush vegetation, you will arrive at the camp: a real river lido equipped with all comforts and an area equipped for catering, where you will be able to stop for lunch and taste some typical local products.<\/p>\n

After the stop, we get back on the bike and set off on a rafting trip to discover the spectacular Lao Gorge, along an evocative and particularly beautiful route about 16 km long. Here, it will be possible to cross the stretch of river flowing between the high and imposing rock walls of the canyon, in a fairy-tale atmosphere where water and rock merge to create a wild and unspoilt ecosystem.<\/p>\n

No special athletic training is required for stop-and-go rafting, but it is necessary not to have any injuries or illnesses for which the sporting activity may pose a risk.<\/p>\n

Participants should bring: shoes that can be wet, swimming costume, short-sleeved T-shirt (long-sleeved in cold weather), Bermuda shorts, shower equipment, towel or bathrobe.
